What you are going to learn
You will learn to apply project management tools, risk frameworks, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement techniques within energy contexts. Safety, compliance, and sustainability are woven into every module, ensuring you graduate ready to lead projects that are technically sound, financially viable, and operationally resilient.
By completing this certificate, you will be able to:

  • Apply project management frameworks (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality) to energy projects.
  • Build and use tools such as Gantt charts, project charters, risk registers, and stakeholder maps.
  • Plan and implement solar, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Analyze regulatory, financial, and compliance requirements in energy projects.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Deliver a capstone project plan that demonstrates mastery of energy project management.

Module 0: Orientation & Introduction

Module 13: Capstone Integration & Certification (comprehensive project + exam).
